Network Integration Field Ops Dispatcher
CurrentAs a Field Ops Dispatcher, I am responsible for dispatching technicians across the country by managing tickets, fielding an average of 30-45 calls a day via a phone queue, and answering emails in a timely manner.Duties and Responsibilities: Managing Standard Level Accounts Answering 40+ daily inbound calls Work with Premier Teams to support Granite customers Manage techs and assist with resolution of issues Working Daily Field Ops emails Checking in call cell phone on rotating basis Attaching and providing deliverables Confirming next day tickets Obtaining closeouts in a timely manner
