- 20+ years’ experience in backend development of large-scale distributed system using C/C++/Java/Golang/SQL/Shell/DSL with database like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.- 10+ years’ experience in troubleshooting and profiling on different platforms, like Linux, HPUX, Solaris, AIX, Windows- 10+ years' experience in a management role with team members from different countries.- 6+ years’ experience of low-level network protocol analysis, reassembly, feature detection leveraging BPF.- 4+ years’ experience in game industry, especially familiar with how to use IaC/Kubernetes to develop the system that can help to orchestrate/operate game backend service automatically.- Extensive experience with Java Spring Framework, Netty, Streaming API, concurrency programming and performance tuning- Proficient in embedding SpideMonkey (Mozilla's JavaScript engine) in C++ to provide JavaScript as an embedded scripting language.- Experienced with using Antlr or Bison & Flex to define domain-specific languages.- Be good at Agile software development methodologies and have rich experience on Scrum in real projects.- Familiar with the lifecycle of software development from business analysis, high level design, to functionality implementation, unit testing and deployment- Deep understanding of cloud native architecture, rich experience with different public cloud provides, like AWS, GCP, Tencent Cloud etc.- Multiple years' experience in containerization/virtualization, building scaled large system based on Kubernetes and leveraging the open-source projects like Nginx, Redis, Kafka, Zookeeper, MongoDB…- Proficient at building customized sustainable monitoring system, like Prometheus based or Elasticsearch based.- Familiar with using Apache Flink/Kafka/MongoDB to build the data pipeline, and visualize the data in bespoked Apache Superset- Hands on experience of using Python to do the data analytics and using AI libraries like OpenCV or YoloV5 to implement object detection.
