Project: BabyTag, Infant security systemThe BabyTag Infant Security System is a cutting-edge hospital infant management and security solution. BabyTag intends to revolutionize newborn management. Using BabyTag's wearables, the software solution allowed real-time location tracking of an infant. Nurses can transport an infant within the hospital using an RFID card instead of a paper-based checkout. When an infant is carried outside of the secure area, the BabyTag system can transmit an alert signal to both PC-based clients and onsite alarm modules.
