Nonye is the Managing Consultant of Cuanu Consult Ltd; a firm for Training, Recruitment and Consultancy services. As an Entrepreneur she has trained youth and women groups on Entrepreneurship, however much emphasis has been on the Entrepreneurial opportunities in the Medical Diagnostic Industry and the health sector at large ;which is somewhat an untapped industry.She is a graduate of Medical Laboratory Science from University of Nigeria. Since graduation she has worked in SPDC IA Hospital, NLNG Hospital and General Hospital Eleme. She has also worked as a Site Head, Quality Assurance Executive and a Product Manager-Medical Devices in ISO certified Conglomerates. Nonye consulted for the World Health Organization (WHO) on Nigeria's Essential Diagnostic List (EDL) during which field surveys were done by surveyors trained by her. She managed the field survey which involved 61 Institutions in the 6 Geopolitical zones of Nigeria. The EDL was the first in Africa.She was part of the team on drafting of National Training Manual for ISO 15189, National guidelines for Implementation of ISO 15189, National Medical Laboratory Policy and Strategic PlanShe is an OSHA certified Safety Supervisor and was trained by the Nigeria Directorate of Employment amongst others. She has been trained by The Centre for Disease Control(CDC),Sanders National Laboratories and American Society of Microbiologists on Medical Laboratory ISO 15189 Standards, Bio-risk Management and Bio-safety & Infection Control.She is certified in Human Resources and Customer Service. Nonye is a Federal Government Accredited BDSP and her firm is enlisted as an Enterprise Development Institute for the CBN/NIRSAL AGSMEIS Loan applicants. She has gone through the Inaugural Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies programme organized by Harvard Business School and one of Goldman Sach's 10,000 women.She represented Nigeria at a WTO Trade and Public Health Workshop for Pandemic Preparedness and Response and also certified by UNIDO on Gender Lens Investing. She has organized a good number of workshops and consulted for SME start-ups. Nonye has trained over 500 MSMEs on Enterprise Development. Her specialties are Medical Laboratory Quality Management System, Health Entrepreneurship, Business Development Services, Management Consulting, Recruitment and Training. She's also a Soprano Soloist.
