• Ensure optimized interaction between Sparkle and its customer.• Developing and implementing strategies useful in improving customer relationships, dedication, and satisfaction.• Manage customer concerns by responding promptly and professionally to incoming customer queries using the CRM tool.• Maintain an updated knowledge base article of Sparkle's products, services, and customer service policies.• Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties.• Daily data analytic reporting of customer experience performance using power BI.• Integrate customer relationship management (CRM) and financial data with social media data to maintain a consolidated account.• Liaise with the marketing, sales, and business development team to analyze customer feedback and develop programs effective to improve customer experience.• Involved in hiring and training customer experience personnel to ensure an effective workforce.• Managing business contingency strategies with a focus on critical areas of the business• Always keep the contingency tools available so that rapid action can be taken for loss mitigation and asset protection in the event of any disruption.• Work with concerned departments of the company in order to ensure that insurance terms and other regulatory obligations are satisfied to protect the assets of the company in case of disruption.
