Years of experience in ANZCO’s production areas have allowed me to value the wellbeing and morale of employees within the work environment as I’ve overseen the training of multiple co workers, some of whom have grown their career by pursuing leadership roles.I am well adapted to the pressures of fast paced working environment and I still enjoy learning every new aspect I can in my role. I am also appreciative of every opportunity to assist other employees in their role wether it be improving their techniques to work more efficiently or simply learning a phrase in their native language in an effort to make them feel more comfortable and welcomed as they settle into a new country.
