With over 19 years of experience in the maritime industry, I am a strategic leader and a naval architect who delivers solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. I am currently a Senior Plan Approval Engineer at Emirates Classification Society (TASNEEF), where I lead the classing of ships and the project management of complex and diverse marine engineering projects.I have a MBA (Global) from Deakin University and a certificate in naval architecture from Lloyd's Maritime Academy, which equip me with the strategic vision, leadership skills, and technical expertise to handle challenging and dynamic situations. I have worked with clients across the globe and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, managing and supervising the design, construction, inspection, and certification of various types of vessels, from concept to commissioning. I have also contributed to the formulation and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices for TASNEEF, enhancing its reputation and performance in the market.
