- Led the re-design and execution of the Nestlé Middle East On Boarding Program- Designed a transitional toolkit for newly promoted employees into roles with direct reports- Worked with external consultants to deliver Behavioural Training programs across the market- Ensured smooth execution of Global Nestlé training programs in Dubai

- Managed vacancies of different seniority level and across many departments- Handled the recruitment process for our Graduate Development Program from the initial interactions with universities to screening applicants, interviewing and short listing finalists for the assessment center
