- Spending for the project budget outline preparation (Project Budget) in accordance with the implementation and the program time and the foundations on which the tender has a study plan.- Establish a control system and monitoring all aspects of the spending of the project in coordination with all relevant departments.- Follow-up to the movement of all available resources for the project (ores - Equipment - labor - ...... etc.) in terms of productivity and wastage and determine the effect on the actual cost of the project.- Prepare follow-up reports of financial performance, and costs compared to the budget planned for the project in addition to the follow-up to the cash flows of the proceeds of the monthly claims on the basis of (daily - weekly - monthly).- Prepare follow-up reports of the overall performance of the project on the basis of earned value (Earned Value) link with the schedule prepared for the project.- Follow-up Change Orders that are relevant to the project and financial claims in accordance with the contract requirements.- Perform tasks assist the staff of the project direction, guidance and supply all information that will help achieve the objectives of the project according to the approved plan for the workflow.- Planning Engineer for 2 project’s with amount (1,360,000,000SAR). - SAP PS for these project’s :• Initiate project’s : Creat Project (WBS - Network - activities). • Cost Planning : WBS cost planning & network costing • scheduling : Dates Planning - Network Updates. • procurement : Material Planning - Create PR - Release PR. • budgeting : Budget Proposals - Budget allocation - Budget Revision. • cost control : Plan VS Actual Reporting - Earned Value Analyses.
