Major portion of my career has been spent on merchandising. I have worked in the buying offices where I had to keep liaison with the buyers and had to control the factories and then shifted to manufacturing units where I am dealing with the product developments , marketing , supply chain and production execution issues. I have the special expertise on working on the merchandising and product development issues on the woven tops ( shirts and blouse) items.In my career I have worked for customers like M&S, NEXT,BHS, PVH, WWSA ( woolworth South Africa) , Tesco, Sainsbury, Espirit, BestSeller, KIABI, RENNER, MEXX , VARNER , C&A, INDITEX , LIDL,GROUP,S.OLIVER,CAMAIEU, GINA TRICOT, HEMA etc customers. Presently working as the General Manager, Merchandising at Dekko Isho Group and Here I am managing a team of 50 members and handling business of USD 60 Mill ( Approx) and maintaining year on year growth of 10-15 %.
