Assistant Director - Hr
Current- Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient processes and compliance with SBP’s policies and regulations.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews, to attract top talent.
- Utilize HR analytics to track and improve workforce performance and HR strategies.
- Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and identify trends affecting the workforce.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance SBP's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Timely execution of promotion process including drafting circulars, scrutiny of applications received, arranging interviews, preparing merit list, case note and office order.
