Produce Tender/Approval DrawingThe Approval and Tender Drawing was produced by using the Solidworks application according to the Project Confirmation request from the clients. 2. Structural AnalysisThe structure of the building was analysed by using the STAAD Pro application in order to determine the optimum and most suitable sizes of beam to use in the construction. Besides, the analysis was done in various kind of environmental conditions such as winter, earthquake, typhoon and etc. 3. Connection CheckingThe structure was assembly by using various kind of connections such as apex plate, end-vertical, bottom plate and etc. In order to determine the maximum capacity of the bolts and screws used in the connection, a connection analysis checking should be done. In a simpler way, the number of bolts and screws in need were determined in this analysis checking. 4. Bill of MaterialsBill of Materials is the quantity of materials need to supply for the project construction. The Materials includes structures, framings, sheating, PU Panel, ventilation system and etc. The calculation of the materials need to supply depends on the structure and layout of the building itself. The total number of screws, plates and connection as well as additional items such as paint, glass wool and etc were also calculated and determined in the bill of materials.

1. CROSS-CHECKING DRAWINGIn cross-checking drawing, the most used drawing plan is the architecture drawing. Usually, all the Civil and Structural drawing plans and landscape drawing will be crossed-check with architecture drawing as architecture drawing should contains the least amount of mistakes. After that, a list of comments is made to send out to the consultant, architect and etc to clarify the drawing doubts. 2. GROUND BEAM AND PILE CAP TAKING OFFThe taking off of ground beams and pile caps are calculated by referring to the ground beams drawing plan details and pile caps drawing plan details to the level of the floor finish shown in architecture drawing. The taking off calculation is very important to determine the cut and fill volume of the specific area. From the result of the calculation, the amount of earth need to import into the site can be estimated. 3. OVERALL BACKFILL VOLUME CALCULATIONThe overall backfill volume calculation is the same calculation used for taking off. The backfill volume is the summation of the total volume of all taking off. In this calculation, the average existing level on site is very important to determine the overall backfill volume calculation. The overall backfill volume calculation includes all the Civil and Structural, Architecture and Landscape drawing plans. The result of overall backfill volume calculated, the amount of earth need to import into the site can be estimated for the whole area.4. SECTION-CUT DRAWINGThe section cut drawing is used to determine the clashing of pipes after superimposed drawing is done. The section cut drawing will show either the pipes will clash or just pass by each other. Besides, from the section cut drawing, the effect of the pipes underneath the earth to the construction can also be determined. Usually, the drawing plans involved in this activities are the Mechanical and Electrical drawing and the Civil and Structural drawing.
