I work as a Group Talent Acquisition partner in our Product + organization. Product+ is a collection of all competencies and teams that make up the engineering, design, analytics, and product management of Wolt. We are the people who build, maintain, and advance all the applications, services, tools, and infrastructure that is Wolt. I have worked with almost all the groups in engineering and have been the group partner to the Operations group (includes e.g. logistics, courier, and support teams) to lead the hiring efforts from planning to execution in this group.2024-Global employer branding projects Main achievements in 2022: - Group TA Partner: Leading the hiring of Operations and Finance groups- 16 end-to-end tech hires from January to June 2022 - Mentored a talent acquisition associate - Women in tech EB initiatives and projects - 3 months full-time temporary project in the compensation and benefits team (HR)Main achievements 2021 in a nutshell: - 46 external hires from junior to Director-level in Engineering across 5 markets in Europe. Monthly average closing 3.8. End-to-end hiring, onboarding, and relocation. Most of the hires are on the senior side and the focus has been on the backend side (Scala or Python).- Kick off the tech EB side at Wolt with a colleague. Concrete visible external actions: tech blog and meetups. - Started to mentor one of the first Talent Acquisition Associates to become a future Talent Acquisition Partner (guiding, onboarding)- Built and executed a new junior engineer program from scratch. Through the program, we ended up hiring 8 junior/mid-level hires (2-4 years of experience) across our talent markets.
