As a Training Specialist for Operations team I was responsible of coordinating and implementing the global training program. I facilitated training sessions and workshops and proofread new Finnish training materials. In addition, I completed monthly training budget for Operations team and reported to management. As an Online Job Search Coach, I helped unemployed people to discover and learn new job search related skills, so that they could take the next step in their career. Working as a Tour Guide and Stand-in Destination Manager in the biggest and most trusted Finnish tour operator was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I learned so much about myself, cultures, people, and tourism during those two years I spent living abroad and being part of making Finnish holiday dreams come true. My favourite part of the job was to take people on excursions to iconic places such as Venice, Florence and the Dead Sea while telling interesting stories about culture, history, and people. I became a better storyteller, I became a better group leader, and I learned that curiosity and love of learning can take you anywhere. Moving to a new destination every half a year required learning a great quantity of information quickly to be an expert of the area.
