My responsibility was to lead the Art team and direct the art requirements. I direct the designs and work with Producers to make sure the game art quality stable. Also, I brainstorm how can level the quality up in the existing game without messing with Player experience.

I am leading the art team and direct the animation as the project requires as well. Currently i am directing the animation for Disney's Animal Kingdom and I am managing the animations of the offshore teams as well as India team.
