Audit Assistant Manager
CurrentAuditing- Lead and manage the engagement team on audit assignments of a portfolio of clients in various industries.- Performs audit, test compliance with policies and procedures, evaluates systems of internal control, the adequacy of accounting records.- Presents findings and recommendations concerning activities audited to the auditee and Senior Audit Manager.- Follow up on issues raises from the previous audit report.- Ensure completion of audit assignments within deadline as stipulated in Weekly Job Schedule.- Train and mentor audit assistants and other audit staff. Accounting- Collect financial and non-financial data in order to prepare a full set of accounting records.- Present findings concerning accounting record to the client.Administrative- Prepare the Master Client List, Sales Forecast and Weekly Job Schedule for top management review.- Maintain the Collection and Billing record and ensure the monthly collection target achieved.- Other related administrative activities concerning maintaining the branch.
