Alliance International Freight LLC is a mid size company operating in Land freight, providing FTL services within UAE and to GCC countries. Brief description of responsibilities:• Constant research Transport Market for Prospect Clients.• Maintain strong relations with existing Clients• Ensure steady inflow of business from Clients• Provide Top Line Service to Clients by overseeing the Operations.• Update clients with important events• Promptly Solve any issues during Transportation of Goods and Material• Negotiate rates with carriers for best service/pricing• Check Documentation of Goods before Departure.

Operation Manager/AccountantSalem al Jabri Transport LLC• Maintain worksheet for Scheduling Maintenance and Services of Vehicles.• Monitor the Productivity and Services of Company drivers.• Monitor and guide driver to ensure safe and timely Pickup and Delivery of Goods/Materials.• Update Client with important events.• Ensure Client Retention by providing best possible service.• Maintain Company accounts (Petty cash, General Ledger, Job Register, Job Costing, Accounts Payable, bills Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable Follow-up, VAT)

• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing Reports.• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document transactions.• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.• Analyze and review budgets and expenditures• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.• Resolve accounting discrepancies.• Recommend and maintain financial computer software systems and manual filing systems.• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
