Handling multiple clients and helping them in troubleshooting the problems related to the tool. Helping clients on a day to day basis to work on Report Bee tool. Collecting the new requirements from the client schools and taking them to the management. Working with the team in providing the data analysis required by the schools. Providing on-line training to new clients on the usage of the tool. Providing support for business development by taking part in events & helping develop marketingmaterial like brochures, pamphlets, etc . Building training material for new as well as existing employees.

 Overall handling of the Resource Centres. Handling the team of Resource Coordinators/Field Officers. Preparing the English and Maths curriculum, along with the Academic Coordinator, for theResource Centres. Preparing quarterly and annual reports for the donor organizations. Compiling the monthly reports submitted by the Resource Coordinators and sending the finalreport to the Chief Project Coordinator. Preparing newsletters and write-ups for annual report. Managing day-to-day activities and operations of the organization along with the Chief ProjectCoordinator. Monitoring the functioning of the Resource Centres and programs running in the schoolssupported by GiveLife. Liaison with other NGOs, government organizations for working together with GiveLife. Undertaking training programmes for the Field Officers and Teacher Coordinators of theResource Centres. Planning various programs and workshops and support the team in organizing them successfully.

Work on various developmental projects of government or international organizations pertaining to health, livelihood and education.
