PAO Technology and Management acts as an independent platform that bundles newly developed knowledge in the field of technology and management, summarizes it and makes it available to professionals. As a Program Manager I am the connector between this knowledge, innovations, universities and the professional field. I am responsible for the project/program management of existing programs and the realization of new programs.

In a pleasant setting and in a playful, assertive way full of humour and wonder, we translate a message, insight and/or learning moment in an interactive theatre play. We use science, facts and practical situations (which we magnify) to create a play that really appeals to the imagination, that inspires and encourages thought and possibly discussion. We make sure that the audience will be in a safe environment, in which they can enjoy and learn at the same time.

YL is a network marketing company with around 3500 independent professionals who are selling YL products. I was fully responsible (from strategy to execution) for the growth of those 3500 (brand) partners to grow the market: From analyzing needs and figures to developing training programs (onboarding, leadership), organizing events, being a facilitator in lots of different sessions (knowledge sharing, brainstorming, inspiration) to being the motivator, the connector, the face, and the person to go to for the Dutch and Belgium markets.

Tupperware is a network marketing company with around 2500 independent professionals (brand partners) who are selling Tupperware products. I was responsible for all Training Programs (sales, onboarding, leadership, talent development, and training the trainer) from design to execution. Brand awareness: I was the leader/change manager of an innovation/ new way of working, and I convinced and motivated the brand partners to implement this change in their way of working. I was also responsible for a very successful campaign in cooperation with PLUS Retail.
