• Maintaining the standards of safety and quality as per the company procedures.• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day fabrication and erection activities of the project in terms of safety, Quality and in timely manner.• Understand the scope of work and coordinates with the different disciplines in order to mitigate the interference/clashes.• Aware of the HSE & Quality procedure of various clients such as: Saudi Aramco, ADMA, KJO.• Preparing the TRA( task risk accessment) considering the Fabrication, Erection & Precommissioning activity and ensure all the hazards & risks associated with the activities are undertaken.• Coordinating with the design engineers at the engineering stage in order to mitigate/avoid the hazards & risks during the fabrication & erection activities.

• Fabrication and erection of boiler piping (HRSG). • Fabrication and Erection of Piping spools and piping supports.• Provide Engineering support when spooling pipe and mobilizing.• Plan and manage work in an efficient manner.• Preparing as built as per field change.• Receiving and storage of materials.• Responsible for getting all kinds of work permits needed prior to starting the job. And, responsible for safety issues related to the job.• Preparing technical query and bill of materials.• Implementing Site Instructions and field changes efficiently.• Established and maintained good relationship with client.• Provided timely review of piping layout and 3D model design.

• I was responsible for the material take off and expedite based on the isometric drawings.• Co coordinating with the contractor for the fabrication and erection of Piping spools.• Responsible for arranging various kinds of work permits and ensuring safe work practices.• Resolving constructability issues with the engineer. • Reconciliation of material on completion of the job.

• Supervision of work at site.• Coordinating with client rep., civil & consultant.• Coordinating with Design Department.• Calculating the material requirement as per drawing.• Ensuring the optimum utilization of available resources viz. Power tool, cables, emergency lights, and ladder and man power.• Forecasting the material shortfall.• Coordinating with the store department.• Coordinating with the various departments such as – HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical & Civil.• Involved in Testing & Commissioning activities.• Maintaining Daily Progress Report.• Preparing the Snag List.

• Supervision of erection activities at site.• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Engine Driven Vertical Turbine pump & Jockey Pump.• Involved in the installation & Pressure Testing of 24 Inch Dia. & 16 Inch Dia. Hydrant and Tower monitor Pipeline. • Holiday Testing for underground Pipeline.• Preparing punch list.• Ensuring the safe working condition.• Taking care of safety norms.• Coordinating with Client, Civil & Consultant.• Coordinating with Design Department.
