Noor leads the global New Tactics program and is responsible for the long-term planning, development, and management of the program in line with CVT’s strategic plan and the program’s guiding principles of adapting to innovate, empowerment, collaborating, and inclusion. Noor is responsible for providing program leadership, managing program staff, advancing fundraising and program development efforts, and develop and maintain partnerships and collaborations among organizations’ whose work intersects with the New Tactics program.

Manage and expand the New Tactics MENA training program to become a pioneer and leading program in the MENA region; coordinate and manage the deployment of MENA New Tactics trainers for training opportunities and mentoring processes; and ensure trainer quality control, implementation and oversight of MENA training evaluation mechanisms. Develop and provide opportunities/mechanisms for New Tactics trainers to improve and share their skills, questions and learnings; assess and develop training delivery formats; and manage New Tactics MENA Trainers to build and coach a growing network of trainers in the MENA region to expand capacity for engagement in future south to south expansion.
