Current• Coordinate medication sample shipments to medical offices• Explain coverage and reimbursement details to patients and providers• Process client data and review case notes• Answer incoming calls as well as make outgoing calls to patients and providers• Ability to work under pressure while providing excellent customer service skills• Respond to tasks in an effective and timely fashion• Successful in working with other team members while exercising strong communication skills• Able to learn and expand skill sets as new protocols are introduced• Process client data, review case notes and follow up with patients and providers as needed
