About Charlie Nootbaar

Currently OEM manufacturing for the golf, baseball and sporting goods industries utilizing factories overseas. Also import/export products to/from Japan, and assist companies with their Japanese distribution.I manufacture products in Asia and have developed many contacts and factory relationships to get high quality products made there at affordable prices - both hard and soft goods.I am the Director of Product Development at the National Pitching Association (NPA) West and co-founded Rotational Athlete (RAC) Performance - a strength, conditioning & movement performance facility. I coach elite "rotational athletes" to maximize their training, conditioning, and mechanics to perform at the highest levels of play. My colleagues and I work with all levels of athletes from MLB, NFL and PGA, to the youth level.I am also fluent in Japanese (日本語を話します) and have established numerous business and personal contacts in Japan since first arriving in there in 1986.
