I have background about 4 years experience in retail operation business with Tesco Lotus (Thailand). Started from Management Trainee position (5 months) and be promoted to Project Coordinator – Refresh (Manager level).I have about 4 years experience in various Project Management at Tesco Lotus during work in this role. My role is to coordinate between Store operation and other functionals (Marketing, Commercial, Support Office, Space, Range & Display Team, etc. ) and coach and support store operation team to maintain daily routine and store standard with additional project scope. In terms of KPI, My team are responsible for finding the root cause for any problems which effect to project progress and sales performance during project period.My key KPIs are• Sales • Profit • %Disruption • Customer Viewpoint (Service) • Programme Timeline Commitment.After 4 years I change my role to Fresh Food Commercial, now I'm working in Product and Process Manager - Fresh Food (Delicatessen) at Tesco Lotus. My role is commercial fresh food representative to coach and coordinate with store operation team to develop fresh food process and roll out for all stores.
