Performing administrative and secretarial services for building management including applications and collecting fees for maintenance.Making maintenance receipt after payment by using Condo Master system.Accept applications for renovations,collect fees and issues defect.Assist building executive with contractors and homeowners with process.Record and filling all maintenance fee payment receipt per monthly.Collecting all invoices for payment,and distributing vouchers cheque to service contractor.Maintains inventory of office supplies,orders supplies as needed and processes payment for it.Responds to inquiries,request for reports and complaints from internal and external residents

1. Day to day and comprehensive program of planned repair, renewed maintenance. 2.Assigned job order for maintenance computerized maintenance management system.3. Managed monthly schedule planner and key in job order information using Computerized Maintenance Information System (CIMS)4.Manage work order and purchase order for out sourcing and in house maintenance contractor. 5.Supervision on building services installation plumbing, electrical and air condition.6.Attend monthly inspection by Kementerian Kerja Raya (KKR) for all operations.
