►Plan overall project activities to meet project objectives and gateways governed by New Product Development System (NPDS) processes►Coordinate and manage weekly and monthly project meetings►Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of manufacturing set up planning and preparation of new model project are on target schedule especially in meeting the timing of prototype product and mass production is on time►Plan, coordinate and liaise with Production Planning & Control on Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM) data readiness and Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) data preparation based on agreeable cut-off date in order to meet the date line for trial and mass production►Coordinate, expedite and monitor with Group Quality Management on Part Supply Warrant (PSW) for all components and vendors involve in the project►Plan and liaise with Quality Planning and Quality Audit to achieve the quality standard►Plan, manage, control and monitor the project cash flow within the approved budget allocated for the project

►Prepare technical drawing, BOM, process flow and all the tooling and jig for new product development►Define Work Instruction, Material Spec, SOP, and training for new product/process►Maintain and support all the tooling/jig use in production►Work with production engineer for new product evaluation and documentation►Handle engineering product transfer and new product set-up►Support production by assessing engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line►Drive improvement for productivity, yield, quality and cost►Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis to product related issues►Interact with other department on related technical products issues, new process and qualification►Supervises engineers, assistant engineers and technicians on a day-to-day or project basis, including determining workloads and schedules.
