Monitor and keep inventory check on stocks for pantry, stationeries and toiletries.4. Attend to all guests & visitors in a highly professional, courteous, pro-active & efficient manner.5. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, target date and service with supplier.6. Prepare for Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order and matching DO and Inv with PR PO.7. To advertise vacancies to jobstreet to find the candidate, arrangement such as invitation by call, email due to interview session.8. To get details information when new staff self-report (bank acc., epf no. tel no. etc) for payroll purpose.9. Update daily attendance for staff, annual leave and medical leave due to closing date for payroll.

1. Key in data - breakdown machine, service (pm) and sanitation to company server (M3)2. From data form server key in (M3) extract to excel to do monthly report such as per visit outlet, the frequency of breakdown, service (pm) sanitation, and divide per outlet (KFC, Pizza Hut, others).3. Received call form outlet regarding machine breakdown (KFC, Pizza Hut, Dominos and etc) and do the arrangement for technician to solve the problem.5. Do the delivery order when installation machine due to new outlet, manage, and compile of DO and filing6. Filing and any other task given time to time.
