My teaching philosophy is empowering students to explore, experiment, and discover their potential in the realm of technology and engineering. I believe in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to take risks, collaborate with their peers, and think outside the box.Through my experiences studying at Millersville University, both in my undergrad and graduate work, I have co-authored two publications, presented at the International Technology & Engineering Education Association Conference, and have served as a contributing board member of the Technology & Engineering Education Association of Pennsylvania (TEEAP) and of the Technology & Engineering Education Advisory Board (TEEAB), which are leading organizations in the field of Technology & Engineering.
