I ensured Oracle database management across diverse operating systems, strictly adhering to DODIIS ITA security and STIG requirements.I have spearheaded integration efforts with external IC agency program management teams, creating essential MASINT domain interfaces and fostering data sharing. My expertise extends to installing and configuring Oracle products on SOLARIS, RHEL, and CentOS systems while meeting rigorous security standards.Innovation has been a cornerstone of my work, with the development of unattended Oracle installation software to boost efficiency across production, training, test, and development servers.As an administrator, I have managed Oracle 12c/19c RDBMS and Data Warehouse, including Real Application Clusters (RAC), Data Guard, and Application Server, ensuring the integrity and performance of our systems. I also played a pivotal role in developing webMethods software to streamline message traffic and support seamless data sharing. Some of my achievements in this role include:· Successfully migrated multiple IT systems from discrete servers to virtualized servers and from virtual machines to the C2S environment, improving system efficiency and scalability.· Developed MOUs, ICD’s, detailed designed documents, XSD’s, WSDL’s, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, use cases, data dictionaries.· Architected and implemented the migration of Oracle database components to the Amazon C2S Cloud (AWS), documenting best practices for AWS configuration.· Led the development of MASINT domain interfaces, including the implementation of program's SOA environment, web services, and data flow diagrams.
