Primary the back up timekeeper for the entire Schaumburg office for over 200 employees. Review timesheets for correct coding used, employee’s profile and conduct leave audits. The system used is KRONOS – Time and Attendance. Assist in the out processing of exiting employees. • CUSTOMER SERVICE - Expert Researcher in the 9 FDIC software databases used for research requests, received via telephone, email, or postal mail for the public & other areas of FDIC. Researched topics including payment histories, deposit insurance information, and asset related matters. Provided support as Records Manager on several failed institution closings, responsible for locating and securing between 90 to 2500 employment records, and provided verification of employment after failed institution closing.
