I am driven by an eagerness to learn and grow, and passionate about assisting others thrive and perform.Professionally, I have accumulated versatile experience from various projects and clients as a consultant at Accenture, primarily within the public sector. Additionally, I have previous experience from different employers in Norway and the US, particularly in fintech, banking, and investment management.Through these experiences, I have gained broad expertise and knowledge in areas such as data-driven change management using analytics, process leadership, communication, implementation work in complex programs, training/onboarding, program management office (PMO), and general project experience.I have also gained knowledge within controlling, administration, and reporting through my role as a Business Controller, where I served as a crucial link between the CFO and the accounting team.Outside of work you generally find me on adventures in nature or around the globe, pursuing my hobbies in the mountains on skis, foot or a bike, relaxing by the ocean or spending time with friends and family.I hold a four-year bachelor’s of science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, where I also was a part of the university’s ski team. Prior to that, I completed a one-year program in Business and Administration at the Lillehammer University College while simultaneously competing at a high level in alpine skiing. As a former athlete combined with my studies, I have worked diligently and methodically to achieve my goals. These are qualities that I leverage effectively in my professional life.
