In Employee Engagement, I focus on ensuring that all employees are supported equally and have the same access to resources for professional and personal development at FitzMark. I conduct studies and, through them, make recommendations to leadership on how best to increase engagement in their respective departments. I work primarily on employee recognition programs, employee wellness initiatives, project management and administration, and effectively implementing the results of our behavioral assessments. In addition, I partner with each department to standardize and streamline their processes and record SOPs.

At Aerotek, my main responsibility was sourcing for candidates that were the best fit for the open positions I worked on. I would then take candidates through our process, which included conducting a face-to-face interview, checking two or more references for each candidate, and seeing them through their client interview.
