My team and I provided project management services for various companies. Among the clients are startups, and even professional monopolists (2000+ employees). We had different goals: building и optimization business processes, product launches, the business analysis of new directions, database integration with platforms in different countries via API, and creating websites. My responsibilities:- Management of a cross-functional team of 10+ people (developers, analysts, designers) and communication with departments of the company (IT, marketing, sales, legal);- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders at the level of top management;- Project estimation during pre-sales and budget control during project implementation;- Analysis of potential risks at the start of the project, solving problems during the project;- Preparing reports and documentation for stakeholders.Result: 3 projects were done. Projects of different duration from 2 months to a year. The projects were completed according to the deadlines and estimates. We worked with the startup for a year to improve their processes and achieved revenue targets.

We launched a startup for corporate food delivery. During the first six months, we attracted angel investments in the amount of $50,000. This allowed us to write our own ERP system. In total, there were 30 people in the team and we delivered several thousand servings a day. My responsibilities:- Management of a development cross-functional team of 6+ people (developers, analysts, designers) and management of other departments of the company (production, administration, marketing, sales, legal), total management of the 30 people in the company;- Interaction with client companies and their employees, managing investor expectations;- Managing risks and issues related to projects;- Product financial modeling, budget control, and cost reports to the investor;- Support, and motivate each team member and team-building activities to bring the team together.Result: For a year we have written an ERP system consisting of 4 large blocks (administration, client, production, delivery) and have consistently put it into operation. For six months, increase in revenue by 7 times.

Project manager in the field of events for large IT companies. Holding 2 major festivals (10,000 people), conferences, team building, and corporate events.My responsibilities:- Team management (20+ people) during the event (managers, contractors, artists, technicians);- Work with change management and project planning practice;- Building long-term relationships with clients, coordinating changes in the project;- Participation in the pre-sale stage and tenders, preparation of proposals, and project estimation;- Drawing up estimates for the event (for large ones, more than 1000 lines of names);- Make decisions and work under time pressure.Results: More than 20 projects implemented (from small to large festivals for 10,000 people). I have worked with international companies such as EPAM, and Mastercard, as well as the large belarusian company Eurotorg.
