As a Sudanese-American student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I am deeply committed to business, activism, sports, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work, as well as the intersection of technology and marketing. Fluent in both English and Arabic, I bring a multicultural perspective to everything I do.Currently, I am honored to be a part of UNC's prestigious assured admittance and Luther Hodges Scholar program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, where I am pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing/Sales. I am also pursuing an additional degree in Advertising/Public Relations at the Hussman School of Journalism and Media. Additionally, I am a member of the Order of the Golden Fleece, UNC's oldest and highest honorary society, and receive a full merit scholarship.Beyond my academic pursuits, I am actively involved in campus life and leadership. I am the Founder of Evenin' Out The Playin' Field, an organization dedicated to increasing diversity in sports through free clinics. Additionally, I am active in the Minority Business Student Alliance, Community, Equity, and Inclusion Board, and Student Life and Leadership Office as well as participate in intramural co-ed soccer and flag football. One of my hobbies includes poetry, from which I published my first poetry book collection, "What's Left of Me" in October 2023! I’m also an vigorous soccer fan, força Barça! Driven by a passion for making a positive impact, I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences to drive meaningful change and create inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive.
