• Accountable for the divisional P&L of ME to WE Trips reporting to the COO and CEO• Collaborated with senior executive on next generation ideas, strategies and growth plans for the organization• Developed and executed against the strategic divisional plan, leading a team of 65 people, to achieve top and bottom-line metrics• Oversaw all divisional activities including business development, sales (B2B & DTC), partner management, customer experience, product development, risk management, operations, people development and finance• Due to the adverse impacts of COVID-19 on the travel industry the business dramatically and quickly shifted. Proactively developed and led the division hibernation plan that aimed to put our customers and beneficiaries first while protecting the long-term financial sustainability of the company

• With a team of six Directors, accountable for global sales and partnership development strategies across six lines of business (B2B and DTC businesses). Set top line targets and plans to support division P&L goals.• Supported the cascade of the organization’s strategy, collaborating with the COO, CEO, CSO, and other Division Heads to determine the functional strategy and plans per line of business and division as a whole• Created and implemented a data driven business development, sales and marketing framework that, coupled with a departmental restructure, met the objectives of increased sales and operational efficiency, accelerated business development amongst travel partners, and improved staff retention while delivering above planned financial targets. • In the first year, annual sales targets exceeded targets by 17% reversing multiple years of underperformance; and the divisions staff engagement scores were top amongst the entire organization (after many years of poor engagement scores).

• Accountable for business development, sales and marketing for all ME to WE’s school volunteer travel programs and the achievement of sales targets (B2B sales)• Developed and implemented a national sales and marketing program aimed at retaining existing customers and expanding the portfolio of new customers• Proposed and implemented a department reorganization that maximized sales and operational efficiencies and enhanced employee engagement• Built strong relationships with Directors of Education, Headmasters and participated in speakers’ bureaus to expand the reach of the brand
