The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (in Norwegian Næringslivets Hovedorganisasjon; NHO) is Norway’s major organisation for employers and the leading business lobby. The confederation is made up of 19 sectoral federations and 15 regional offices. NHO Innlandet is a regional office that covers 2 of our 19 counties (Hedmark and Oppland). Responsible for information sharing and participated in the management of a recruitment project between Vocational Rehabilitation Enterprises and NHO Innlandet's members. Participated in various juries and partnership with Young Enterprise.September 2012-April 2013 Hias IKS (http://hias.no) An Inter-municipal water, sewage and sanitation company. Participated in the selection and implementation of a new ICT-platform. Took part in the whole process from defining the requirement specification, negotiations with potential providers, the selection process and providing the project group with essential information concerning the implementation. I also lead the project of preparing the organization for this change and finding a good solution for how to organize and monitor this within the firm, consisting of continuous meetings with superusers and system owners as well as the managers.
