• Responsible for overseeing the office management and bookkeeping operations for the firm.• Ensure all aspects of the operations are run seamlessly while meeting deadlines including all preparation of bills, maintenance of accounts.• Maintain correspondence and facilitate positive relationships with clients by daily phone and electronic communication.• Maintain and balance accounts regularly including subsidiary accounts.• Post transactions timely and accurately.• Uphold general ledger and issue account summaries.• Maintain and file records.• Monitor fixed assets and manage invoices.• Manage budgets and chart of accounts
