-Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provide global technology services for Citi's own internal business groups. This includes management of all the Banks internal communications networks, management of more than 350,000 desktops and laptops and nearly 50,000 physical servers that reside in over 20 state of the art Data Centre's that exist around the globe. -Support Citi Technology Infrastructure - Risk and Controls with the governance of legal and regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, Cross-border, Data Privacy and SOX programs.

• Support Risk and Controls team in policy updates including controls assurance, gap analysis, verifying processes and controls execution • Provide standardised (automated) solutions for risk monitoring.• Improve efficiency and quality of delivery whilst strengthening the control foundation that supports our clients.•Identify opportunities to streamline and look for continuous improvements to our processes • Support Risk Manager in identification and remediation of issues including corrective action plans relating to both self-identified and audit issues• Support clients in performing control assessment / risk evaluation• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data is provided for the risk and controls eg. and preparing and verifying data for reports. Also ad-hoc reporting as and when required• Improve key analytics and metrics (e.g. KRI/KPIs) to support effective management of operational risk. Identify issues through reported metrics, trends, and controls assurance. Raise and progress corrective actions to address control gaps• Assist in interactions with audit (internal and external) including deliverables management, audit fieldwork, business monitoring and audit meetings

- Working at the Department of Finance and Accounting of the company- Handling incoming invoices and basic accounting in SAP - Helps the work of the accountants- Work as a personal assistant of the Chief Financial Officer-Communicate with the management,technical and commercial departments within the company-Reporting about the current accounts of costumers and suppliers
