- Answer and direct phone calls- Greeting and checking in clients- Organize and schedule appointments and procedures- Maintain up-to-date client information

- Input and process annual registration forms for various corporations throughout the state- Inspect, file, and sort mail according to file type and division- Close out financial reports from registration forms, totaling between $5,000-$7,000

- Operate day to day functions of facility.- Prepare rooms, food and medications for clients' pets.- Update client information, verify records, and make appointments.- Label, restock, and place orders for supplies.
