- Sole responsibility for education, health & social care categories and East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure Trust procurements and contract management- Project manager for the Online Contracts Register project: requiring close working relationships with the offshore supplier to deliver a bespoke online system- Following Procurement best practice principles: Focusing on delivery of sustainable procurement outcomes which consider the risk of more innovative solutions and balance these with the need to ensure for value for money- Strategic contract and supplier management: working with colleagues to develop standard sets of performance management measures as part of tender specifications.- SQA PDA Project Management course (level 8): focused on how to manage risk through project delivery and plan projects to allow for tolerances - Developing and refreshing Council Standing Order documents: Updating policy and associated guidance documents with extra focus on sustainability, community benefits and fair work practices in line with Procurement department initiatives- Developing and delivering procurement training: responsible for content covering Route 2 and Route 3 procurements for a non-procurement audience

Covering all the categories, such as Estates, IT, Marketing and all the teaching faculties.- Procurement Lead at Glasgow Clyde College on internal sustainability guidance, contract & supplier management, category strategies, GDPR, PCIP and Brexit planning;- Close stakeholder management to deliver maximum savings and procurement compliance at all 3campuses (former Langside, Cardonald and Anniesland Colleges);- Procurement lead on several cross-college collaborative procurement projects with City of Glasgow College and Kelvin College;- Responsible Procurement Champion for the Glasgow Regional Procurement Team. Main responsibility is to drive implementation of the Sustainable Procurement Policy;- Part of the Sustainable Procurement Leadership Group and Procurement Strategy Group (Colleges).

Scot. Govt. Procurement Lead on the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD (Scotland)) project which includes the development and continual updates of the ESPD (Scotland), and other guidance documents. Other responsibilities and projects include:- updating the Procurement Journey and enhancing it with the procurement regulations;- Carrying out an international benchmarking exercise of Scottish Government's Procurement & Commercial Improvement Programme (PCIP); and- Ensuring that Scot Gov procurement systems (PCS and PCS-T) adhere to best practice governance policies.

Assisted on several sub-OJEU procurement projects, also OJEU projects, and call-offs from Scottish Government and Crown Commercial Service frameworks. Preparation of procurement strategies, tender documents, quality and price evaluation and award recommendations across a wide range of categories. Developed and delivered quarterly and annual Procurement Dashboard, reporting spend, savings and contractual compliance.
