About Nora Sharp
My nursing journey started in my teens as I provided care for my grandmother and became a CNA. I completed my ADN in 1997. I have since worked in multiple healthcare systems with most of my experience in critical care. I eventually earned a BSN and then MSN in Nurse Education. Holistically focused patient care has been the heart of my nursing practice and how I have found satisfaction in the healthcare field. As the Covid pandemic ripped though our nation and brought light to chronic burnout and moral injury in nursing, I have become passionate in serving not just patients, but the nurses and healthcare staff providing for them. It is now an honor to serve nurses as an educator.
