- Serve food, mix alcoholic drinks and poor beer off tap meanwhile maintaining proper food and drink safety/standards- Managing and working special on site events- Address customer concerns in a timely and respectful manner using problem solving skills while ensuring customer satisfaction- Proficiently operated Point of Sale software in assisting day to day business

- Feed, care for, and train high quality riding horses - Give clients riding lessons as well as teach them new skills including bodily cues to the horse - Ensure the safety of the animals and the visitors to the farm - Train new workers on operating in fast paced environments and horse/barn responsiblities
