- Business partner for managers, executives, and employees regarding company resources, policies, and processes.
- Federal and state employment law interpretation and enforcement of company policies to ensure compliance.
- Implementation of HR technology solutions such as ADP WorkforceNow, PeopleGoal Performance Management System, Traliant Learning Management System, edX Professional Development platform, and Halcyon EAP.
- Leave of absence management including the designation of CFRA, FMLA, ADA, PDL, time-off integration with SDI, PFL, STD, LTD, leave metrics, and LOA documentation.
- Risk management including employee relation issues, conducting investigations, workers’ compensation, and employment attorney consultation.
