Nora Martin is a Chief of Staff at Walmart at Walmart. Colleagues describe her as "I have had the pleasure of having Nora manage the care of our special-needs dog Ally on several occasions since 2008. Nora has always been exceptionally attentive to our needs and often anticipates them for us. She has always proven herself to be extremely reliable, whether it is in coordinating medication orders, scheduling visits, or just giving a call with updates to ease (our) separation anxiety from time to time. Nora is very knowledgeable in all aspects of her job - she handles billing and scheduling with ease and can just as easily provide clinical information as well. She is superior in her customer relationship skills - I often see her managing multiple clients at a time, many of whom are already stressed out when they arrive at the clinic. She ha a way of gathering the information needed to help in a calm and professional way, and ALWAYS follows through. Over time, I have come to consider Nora not only a professional in her job, but a friend as well. I would highly recommend Nora for any position that requires an attentive, detail-oriented, professional person. She seems to be very adaptable to her surroundings and operates efficiently and with a smile on her face."
