Hi, I’m Nora Collins, a finance student at the University of Tennessee, Haslam College of Business graduating in May 2027. As Editor-in-Chief of the Grand Beach Breeze, I led marketing, advertising, and distribution to grow readership and engagement for a weekly summer newspaper. This experience allowed me to refine my communication, leadership, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, as the Founder and President of the Pulsera Project at UTK, I direct successful fundraising campaigns, manage financial operations, and oversee a team of volunteers to support global artisans. These roles have given me hands-on experience with data analysis, team leadership, and achieving strategic goals, further fueling my passion for driving meaningful outcomes.I am excited to pursue a career in the finance industry, with a specific focus on commercial banking. I am drawn to this field because it aligns with my strengths in communication, sales, and analytical problem-solving, as well as my desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to work with a variety of companies, contribute to their growth, and play a role in their success.
