* Using MYOB software for data entry, processing payroll, account receivable & account payable, bank reconciliation, adjusting journal entry and inventory.* Preparing business activity statement (BAS).* Using Xero for bookkeeping, account receivable & account payable and bank reconciliation.

* Be part of budget team to organize “The Wellbeing Festival and Blood Drive” (hold by Community Connected) * Working as a Business Mentor to support new students. * Volunteer for University Open Day.

* Controlling sale volume of business clients and retail stores. * Setting the price of new products. * Searching and establishing relationship with potential clients. * Maintaining good relationship with current clients. * Negotiating terms of contract with clients. * Dealing with customer complaints and solving problems arise. * Planning marketing campaign for retail stores to push sale volume. * Coordinating with factory to improve current products and developing new products.
