Key responsibilities include:- design of the data structures to optimally store the information- develop the processes to transform and load the data- ensure the data can be visualised in a fast and meaningful way

Responsibilities included:- gathering user requirements and dimensionally model data warehouse solutions- help clients plan resource requirements for BI implementations- facilitate a Business Intelligence Masterclass course that is run by Synergy and offered to external clients. The BI Materclass includes topics such as predictive analytics, user requirement gathering, dimensional modeling, and designing effective visualisations- work with the pre-sales team to demonstrate the IBM Cognos toolset and develop proof of concepts for potential clients - develop dashboards and reports using the IBM Cognos toolset- implement the ETL (extract, transform, loading) processes for data warehouse implementations
