Developed the store concept (tapping the uncontested online market for Taif Rose produce) and assembled a team of three to power the project through a 6-month- preparation period before launching it in April 2014. Handle the strategic, managerial and financial aspects of the project in addition to leading the store fellow team members.I consider Wardat as my proudest achievement, it enabled us to reveal the potential and preciousness of Taif Rose as a national resource with numerous commercial applications. I planted the seeds for a modern interpretation of an old industry; I waved its flag and brought the vision to market.
