I am a dedicated and ambitious student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus on Law and Public Policy at Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. With a strong academic foundation in legal history, public policy, and marketing, I am passionate about shaping policies that create meaningful change within communities.My professional experience spans various customer service and leadership roles, which have sharpened my communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. As a Hostess at Farm Bloomington, I manage high-traffic periods and ensure smooth coordination between the waitstaff and kitchen team, creating a welcoming environment for guests. During my time at Anthropologie, I assisted customers with their shopping needs while enhancing sales through creative displays and strong client engagement. At Bake Sale Indy, I not only maintained high product standards but also trained new team members, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols and operational efficiency.My volunteer experience with Agape Therapeutic Riding has furthered my passion for service.
