Direct one Controller, a team of 30 Human Resources personnel, and an annual budget responsibility of $7.5M.• Manage key partner relationships with Silicon Valley Bank, Cherry Bekaert (Accounting & Audit), KPI Sense (SaaS Financial Reporting), and over 100 substance use disorder facilities and laboratories. Act as the point of contact for engagement with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, Nightfall AI, Justworks, Avalara, and other vendors.• Converted Sunwave Health from cash basis to accrual basis accounting for GAAP compliance. Engaged with Cherry Bekaert to initiate the company’s first audit, ASC 606 review, and SALT Analysis to enable full compliance beginning in 2022. • Changed PEO providers to enhance the onboarding experience for new employees, as the company doubled in size in 2022. Implemented a 401(k) plan, an FSA, remote work allowances, a referral bonus, and training allowances to enhance employee benefits and position Sunwave competitively in the SaaS space. Improved record access and internal growth opportunities for employees with added new infrastructure tools, including an employee handbook, performance-based reviews, role descriptions for all positions, and improved policies.

• Led all accounting functions for the Americas, with responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, payroll, and tax. Managed a team of two direct reports, served as Project Lead for operational and accounting transitions, and provided P&L reporting across three entities with $14M in combined revenue. • Headed a range of application and system migrations, planned and coordinated testing, and ensured successful go-live functionality. Updated and scaled antiquated manual processes to SaaS platforms and created transparent KPIs to drive growth, optimize integrated platform features, and better understand the needs of customers. • Mastered revenue recognition in a SaaS business model, corrected hundreds of customer accounts, and enabled accurate revenue reporting. Leveraged technology to enable real-time order processing, invoicing, and payment status, which reduced turnaround and substantially increased transparency for internal staff and customers. • Served as Project Lead to architects, contractors, and vendors on a $1M project to demo and completely rebuild a new office space. Seamlessly led three main office moves meeting deadlines, increased from 3000 to 7000 FSF, and completed a full transition to remote work to meet the challenges created by the onset of COVID-19. • Managed partner relationships with Klatzkin & Co., Related Group, Stiles Property Management, Forbes Construction, Microsoft, Omnic Group, and ChargeLogic. Handled escalated events within key clients accounts, including Wheels Up, XO Global, Jet Linx Aviation, Executive Jet Management, HondaJet, and Clay Lacy. • Led financial and operations processes throughout the acquisition by WFS, a publicly-traded Fortune 100 company. Provided strategic direction during due diligence and the post-acquisition integration. Collaborated with the Board and executive team to seamlessly transition offices, policies, applications, and processes.

• Led accounting and finance for a leading consumer goods manufacturer, with responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, imports, sales order entry/EDI, purchasing, and office management. Prepared annual budgets and delivered timely financial reports for ownership, encompassing $225M in revenue.• Managed a team of 20 direct reports, along with additional seasonal contractors. Established a culture focused on continuous improvement and created opportunities to develop skills and promote career development. Helped the team understand the “why” behind decisions to close transactions and collect, in light of discrepancies. • Led AR with key partners Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Lowe’s, and The Home Depot and collected 95%+ of outstanding receivables. Negotiated retroactive award season allowance chargebacks to capture savings of up to 3% on $20M to $40M in gross sales per category. • Supported an international M&A transaction, post-acquisition integration, and internal restructuring of products and human capital that increased resources by 100% and expanded revenue by 50%. Developed strong international financial system, currency exchange, and wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) expertise.

• Established due diligence processes, implemented financial best practices, and served as a liaison between the spontaneous corporate culture and traditional business partners, including leading corporations and financial institutions. Managed one direct report and worked directly with the COO on revenue and budgeting matters. • Led the transition from cash basis to accrual basis accounting to ensure proof of revenue and GAAP compliance. Prepared for a Deloitte audit by aligning transactions, inventory costing, and reporting.
